I had a pre-interview via phone that went well and was passed on to in person interviews. The in-person interview was a panel interview with 3 individuals each with a few questions each. I was told at the end of the interview that it went great and I should be hearing from them. One individual reached out a week later with a text message reassuring me they have not completed interviews yet and I was still heavily in consideration. Then everything went blank, I was told twice by the same individual that I would be hearing something from him soon, but I was ghosted at the end with zero feedback.

Long interview process, took over 3 months to get second interview. I did not take the position, because I was offered another job while waiting. I wish I would have been kept “in the loop” because it’s an excellent company. Multiple interviewers and each were very nice and honest with me, very professional.
