Had the first round of interviews with one of the regional heads handling different accounts in South India. The interview went well except for the fact that they assume us to know everything about their company and product right from the beginning. Not sure what on earth makes them think that a newbie is supposed to know AZ about their product portfolio. The second round was with the CSO, it got postponed multiple times, and then finally the interview happened. He joined 10 mins late and started asking stupid random questions which made no sense. He didn't even end the meeting on a good note, it was abruptly stopped in between. His attitude reflects the maturity of the leadership and from then on I decided I would never want to join this company and wouldn't recommend anyone.

They have a strange and unideal interview process. They kept in the pipeline for more than 20 days. I cleared all the rounds - the hr round, the manager round, and even the assignment round a lengthy one (which was btw more about social media marketing and less about content writing). But it was the CEO round where I was rejected as he wanted to know my mindset for the position and that too in just 5 minutes of a call. Firstly, if you are such a big organization which you claim to be, why CEO is taking the interviews and that too for a small profile of content writer? And even if he wants to know the mindset of an individual, don’t you think that should have been done in the first rounds itself just to save the time of both the parties? Despite having such a long interview process, it didn't turn out to be ideal for me. Surely, a lot of why’s, how's, and what's to ask!
