Phone Interview, I met with an intern at a career fair. They called me for a phone interview and then failed to let me know after three weeks if I had been declined.
Behavioral questions mainly such as "Tell us a time when you...", and "What is your weakness?" The interview overall was not lengthy. The interviewer was nice. Overall it was a good experience. Can't complain.

The interview process was fairly standard, with one Teams meeting interview and one in-person interview. The questions were fair and mostly standard. Had the opportunity to meet several members of the team.
