Interview and Coding Challenge. the initial discussion was a typical screening. After this I was given a coding challenge. A timed one.
Got a call from HR that I did pretty well in the test and I scored really a good %. After this, the recruiter shared my CV with the development team, who found out that I lack AWS and hence not a fit for the role. I am actually unhappy with the outcome, and I wasted my time in doing the test and calling back for all the feedback.
And its even more worrying trend that the companies don't understand that more than technologies its the attitude to learn or change is more important, it would have been great if they did not call for a phone screening at all in first place.
