Got a call from in-house recruiter. He just explained the role to me and sent me long instructions on how to prepare for the coding interview. A day before the interview the recruiter rang me and gave me examples of the questions I was going to get. Next day I was asked those exact questions in the interview!! It obviously didn't take me long to complete the test. After that, the void. I had to email the recruiter a few weeks later, which he replied with the usual rejection email. When I asked for feedback he suggested to have a call. It never happened. Twice I emailed him in space of 2-3 weeks and he replied, again, suggesting to have a call. I'm still waiting.... I don't really know what to say. I have the impression that I was part of some sort of recruitment test where they check whether candidates admit that the know the question when they are asked, or perhaps they are looking for a not-common answer to a well known question. I don't understand why it's so hard to get honest feedback from these big companies (or any feedback at all actually) It certainly left me a very poor opinion of the recruitment experience and to have been laughed at.

Spoke with interviewer over video conferencing. He was very communicative . He answered my questions. Asked me BFS question. A question that involved BFS search. Given a matrix, I am suppose to find a path from top left to down right.
