Initially, contact by a recruiter. Then, have a phone interview with the recruiter. Then, have a technical interview with someone with similar role via video. Then, have onsite interview at their headquarter in CA.

I interviewed with the hiring manager. This individual was arrogant and rude towards me during the interview, making disparaging comments about my current employer and experience, and mocking me for asking about job security in the company. After this experience I decided to withdraw my interest in the position.
