Pros: The interviews were challenging and gave me good study material for future interviews. A few of the interviewers were friendly and pleasant to speak with. There was a lot more coding involved than at most companies.
Cons: Number of interviews and screening process are not respectful of the candidate's time.
The questions select for the people who spent the most time preparing for interviews, but not necessarily the most capable - Many theoretical as opposed to practical questions.
Was disappointed by lack of diversity. A total of two demographics were represented during the interview process. Might depend on which team you are interviewing for.
The technical round hit me with a classic array manipulation problem: moving zeroes to the end without disrupting the order of non-zero elements. As I tackled it, I felt a wave of familiarity wash over me; I had just practiced a similar challenge on PracHub. The rest of the interview followed a straightforward path, with some easy behavioral questions sprinkled in. Overall, it felt very easy, but I wasn’t quite the right fit for what they needed, so I didn’t receive an offer.
