Entrevista
Applied through an employee referral, took about 3 weeks to answer. Phone screening went great. Recruiter was excited to have me on board, and told me I'm on to the next stage. Gave me a date for an in-person interview with a senior hiring manager and said she'll be in touch later with logistics.
No word from recruiter for two weeks, stopped answering phone calls and emails. The day before the interview said the guy who was supposed to interview me had a change of schedule, and they won't be moving forward with my candidacy. Highly inappropriate handling of the situation. Very disappointing communications. Extremely bad etiquette, since I invested quite a few days in preparing for the interview.
I don't know if Facebook reads this, but in case they do, if you made someone prepare for an interview, the very least you could do is offer them another time-slot, even if done remotely.
