had 3 rounds, met 3 members of the team throughout the process and had a promising last round. They ended up eliminating the role altogether and decided to hire 3 juinor level positions instead.

I was told there would be multi rounds. Recruiter, Hiring manager, a skills test and an in person interview. I completed 2 rounds and then got ghosted. I followed up with emails. They were attentive before the second interview but once that was completed silence. No responses moving forward.
