The interview process began by word of mouth that "a" company was looking for a person to hire in a line of work for which I am familiar. I contacted a person who put me in contact with another individual who was not from Metris, but collected my resume to see if Metris was interested. It was unknown to me who was looking for the hire so I had no idea it was Metris. After reviewing my resume, I was contacted by my program manager who set up an interview with me over the phone. After our initial interview, I was asked to take another phone interview with the COO of the company. Shortly after I was hired.
