It went well, the staff were so friendly, the managers make you feel at ease during interview, and the recruitment process was easy to navigate, the interviews are in stages which ended with an interview at the store

Very well organised in a digital sense via recording answers in a video format. The questions were succint and i did not have to answer alot in this way which was nice compared to previous job interviews. My autistic ticks though didn't make me feel as relaxed as i could have been which was a negative as i knew that someone would be watching my video to evaluate me. I was not used to a digital rather than an in-person job interview.
