Posted my CV on line in response to a vacancy, got a response in a couple of days, answered some simple questions, and then was asked to sit the Thomas Test online. Passed test, and then was called into face to face interview. Then waited two and a half weeks to be rejected. Then was put forward for a similar role and went through the whole process again, including the two and a half week painfully drawn out rejection!
