From the moment I applied to the moment they called me for an interview was two months. The interview was a panel interview with a Safety Officer, Training Manager, Training Specialist and Recruiter. The interview was finished with an info-graphic presentation under 5 minutes. The recruiter never answer my emails or calls. No information was provided about the outcome of the interview. The application system is extremely outdated and most of the candidates information can't even be posted in the application system.
