Three part interview: Part one was values based, "describe a time when" types of questions. Part two was technical, which included some homework that needed to be done before the interview. They provide a spreadsheet with some descriptions of a building, you have to calculate the estimated energy consumption and show your work during the interview. They also ask a bunch of engineering theory / textbook questions. Last part of the interview is with their CEO.
