First interview with CEO was great, second and third with founder where terrible. Very cold and not informative, seemed unprepared for the conversation. Two interviews where extremely lengthy and discussed a final on site visit prior to a decision, yet months later no response was given. Considering the CEO's past work on equity and fairness I would've expected better.
