The process was initial interview with the HR Manager. Next was a discussion with the CEO. I then met with the COO/CFO. Last, I flew to Dayton and met with a number of different people over a two day period. Total process took almost exactly one month. Overall, it was a great experience. Very organized and quick to respond. Each interview felt more like an engaging conversation rather than an interview. A really great group of people.
