Our video interview is the first step in the interview process. Candidates who proceed to the next step will be invited to schedule a one on one interview with a member of our management team. We use the video interview as an extension of your resume and an opportunity to expand upon the sometimes limiting words in a document. The question you are referring to asks our applicants to tell us about themselves and suggest high school and college as a starting point. Many people use this as an opportunity to tell us about their interests, hobbies or what got them started in their IT Career.
