Unprofessional and incompetent. It was obvious the CEO has no business experience and is only in the role because he is a founder. There seems to be some form of a "control" game. Interviews were on the weekends and were very awkward as interpersonal skills are nonexistent. It is impossible to describe the interview process as there was no process. It was even more awkward because of the attempt at being an in-depth thinker while the conversation was very surface level and fraudulent.
