Applied online and heard back within a few weeks to set up telephone interview. All went well and was told the interviews would be held via zoom at the end of the week (this was on Tuesday) and I would hear back to know if I’d gotten one. The company pretty much ghosted me at this point and still have not been back in touch.

I applied for this job on the Saturday and on the Wednesday I was rang and offered an interview for the following week. Before my interview took place I had to complete a 30 minute maths test, when my time was up I was joined by two members of the merchandising team. The interview itself only lasted for about 20 minutes but it was very relaxed and I felt everything had gone really well. I was asked an array of questions where I felt I was really able to sell myself for the role. When the interview had finished I was informed I would find out either way the following afternoon. As you can imagine the next day I was anxious all day looking at my phone whenever it made a noise. 1 week passed and I still hadn't heard anything, I then emailed reception who had previously rung me inviting me to attend the interview, I never received a reply. In the end I rang the reception desk where I was then asked to email HR. I emailed and was informed I hadn't been successful, I sent a reply asking for more specific feedback but again I never got a reply. I then emailed one of the people from my interview as I had also noticed the job role still being advertised. Again I have had no reply.
