Started with personality and cognitive assessment...then had to do the cognitive assessment again while proctored by an HR rep...then interviewed with the hiring manager...then had to take a sales competency assessment...then scheduled to interview with two additional managers on the same day, but...just hours before those interviews, they were cancelled and I received an e-mail stating they were going a different direction. Without ever having the opportunity to have additional interviews after all the other things I had to go through to get there.
