I had a phone interview with an internal recruiter. The communication before the interview was minimal and there was absolutely no communication after. I found the interview to be very casual but the response after to be unprofessional.

Multi stage interview with function heads in the sales region. It started with a tour of the office by one of the function heads which led to an interview in a conference room. He asked me about my MBA program and what I have learned so far. He wasn't interested in what I already knew about the industry.
