There was detail questioning about testing concepts, and also asked real time scenarios based questions. Started with easy and basic questions, the difficulty level kept increasing. Attitude and passion towards the work was also judged by cross questioning. It was long process and more like discussion and not a pressurizing interview process. But technically, it was bit difficult one.

I had two telephonic rounds, both were technical. Questions were based on manual testing, test automation for web application and mobile app. roles and responsibilities. There were 2 days gap between the interviews and a week later I got a call that I am not selected.
