I was interviewing for the role from the east coast so these were all google hangout/ phone call interviews, and there were 4 of them. First a screening interview with recruiter, next the head of sales, and then two account executives.

Very casual interview style, but at the same very thorough. 2 phone screenings and an on site interview consisting of 3 different rounds. Interviewers went in depth on why you want to work at Mode, and what makes motivates you as a person
