Standard recruiter phone screening and preparation followed by 3 face to face interviews. The final one was a group interview with the team. The process went quickly and smoothly until the end when it became a complete communications blackout from the recruter. I was told that this was because I was #2 choice and they wanted to make sure #1 worked out.
