It was average; No different from something to expect to see at a Director level role interview. There were about 3 stages in total with one being the case study and another a meeting with the hiring manager in-person.

9. “Have you ever made strategies beyond a single product such as for an entire segment or portfolio and how did you structure that work?

Case Study - Moneris distributes payment acceptance and value-added solutions through a diverse ecosystem of ISVs, ISOs, and PayFacs. These partners vary widely in scale, technical maturity, and commercial contribution. Some partners drive meaningful growth and innovation; others introduce complexity and cost with limited return. You have joined Moneris as Director, Product Partnerships. Your mandate is to define how Moneris should build products, go to market, and manage the commercial performance of this channel over the next 18 - 24 months.
