The interview consists of 3 stages - application screening, technical assessment, and interview with the team you're joining. HR response quickly after you submitted your application. It took them 2 days to respond to mine. Response email includes the link to the assessment and you must take the assessment within 48 hours of the email. Assessment consists of around 8 questions with a 50/50 split between multiple choice and written. Multiple choices were pretty straightforward if you're applying as an experienced hire and worked as a data engineer previously. Written questions were somewhat straightforward but requires some thinking and problem-solving skill. Written questions include solving problems using any programming language (2 questions), somewhat complex SQL queries (1 question), and PySpark (1 question).
