This was a preliminary telephone interview with the recruiting attorney at the firm. She was very professional and personable. Excellent speaking voice and intonation. She explained the position briefly and was informed that they are conducting preliminary telephone interviews with those whose resumes she pulled from the whole applicant pool. These are the applicants who she deems to be a potentially good match with the CEO. From those who've been interviewed on the phone, they will choose a few for the personal interview.
