It is hands down the best recruiting process I've ever participated in, by far. There were 4 interviews, respectively with: - The recruiter. - The manager of a team I am going to collaborate with. - A team manager of my team. - The team manager I would mainly respond to. The whole process lasted a week. It was straightforward, clear and smooth. Questions were not difficult, but rather specific about lots of things. The interviewers were really empathic, and facilitated good communication and the exploration of the themes at hand.
