I was first invited to a screening interview with a recruiter. Following this, I then completed 8 further interviews with members of the team I was interviewing for, as well as stakeholders I would be working with. I received no feedback from the internal recruiter throughout the process. For one interview, I was given the incorrect link and it needed to be rescheduled. For another, the interviewer turned up 20 minutes late. From an organisational perspective as a candidate, this was a demanding process. The interviews themselves were interesting and not all too challenging. I really got the impression that the company wanted to get to know me, but also for me to get to know them and ensure that we would be a good fit. After completing the interviews, the recruiter did not contact me for quite some time until I reached out and asked for feedback. I got a generic "we regret to inform you" email, and when I asked for feedback on my interview performance to take with me for future interviews, I received no reply. I was very disappointed with their HR's disorganisation and lack of engagement with me, especially considering the amount of time I had invested into the process. Overall, this was a time-heavy interview process that I would not rate as positive.
