Screen interview was pretty straight forward. The 8 hours assignment is the horrendous part. They ask you to this assignment for 8 hours in Swift and SwiftUI. They create a slack channel but barely answer any question. After all of your hard work that you spent doing the assignment, they don't even have decency to give feed back to the interviewee. What kind of back water hiring process is this?
