I applied online. I was contacted within a week to interview. Completed Microsoft Teams video interview and then an in person interview both within the same week. They have ongoing hiring throughout the year. Metrics for the call center are extremely difficult to achieve due to customers frequently disconnecting the call made in an outbound call center, telemarketing style. There appears to be high turnover because of the compensation.
