The initial phone screen went well, however the onsite interview was a bad experience. The onsite was 2.5 hours not including travel to/from and was turned down for the job because of a lack of recent experience for some technologies. They were asking me questions that were obvious on my resume so it was clear that some people interviewing me weren't prepared and these questions could've been answered with a 2nd phone screening. Waste of my time!!
