Entrevista
I was called four weeks after submitting application and asked to come in for first round interviews the next day.
I had two face to face interviews, each around half an hour.
One guy was very easy going, typical fit questions with one or two mental maths questions.
The other guy was extremely rude, on his phone the whole time, no eye contact, didn't shake hand or say thanks and bye at the end (maybe a test?) he asked pretty difficult maths and technical questions.
The interview process was a great experience overall. I enjoyed the conversation and felt it was a strong opportunity to connect my background to the work Morgan Stanley does. There was a HireVue than one one one.

Tell me about yourself and how you're a good match.
After submitting the application, they provide the online assessment link to all the people, I guess. After taking the assessment, the applicants who are moving on to the next step will have a Zoom interview with HR and a superday (final), respectively.

Mostly about fit questions. Not a single technical question was asked.
Well organised, informational, and transparent process. After test there was a hirevue, then a telephone interview and then the superday, all of which was completed in about one month. I appreciated their speed and for not dragging out the process.
