Interview process was a typicall HireVue, business professional up top, had a chance to practice with the software and then answer each question. Make sure your mic and camera work, and you have a clean background without a lot of visual or audio noise.

Q: Why do you want to work in finance for Morgan Stanley?
Hirevue format. During the HireVue, I was asked three distinct behavioral questions, each designed to explore my experiences and skills. None of the questions were technical, focusing solely on interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Applicants were asked to fill out an online application and then answer 3-4 Hirevue questions within 48 hours. Applications were collected in October and responses were sent out in December.

What does diversity mean to you and why does it matter?
I chose IB track. Probably the most competitive option. It was a hirevue which was ok, did not get first round. Questions were behavioral and no technicals in the hirevue at all.
