I applied online and had an initial conversation with the recruiter. A week and a half later I heard back that the hiring manager wanted to meet with me. That went well and next step was to meet with people on the team the following week. Met with them and emailed the HR person immediately after telling them it went well and I was excited about the opportunity. After 3 follow up emails, I still had not gotten an update. Now over 3 weeks later I can assume I did not get the job, but the complete cutoff of communication is pretty unprofessional and discouraging.
