Applied online and then made it through through three 45 minute interviews. The second one was with a panel of people working on the product I was interviewing for. They asked general questions about my experience and allowed me to ask questions about the position. I felt it was 50% them interviewing me and 50% me interview them. After a great third interview, they said they would follow up in a week. I followed up twice over the next three weeks with no reply at all. On the fourth week, I got an automatic rejection letter. Was pretty rude and impersonal after three rounds of interviews and being told I was a serious candidate, and then being ghosted.
