Brief phone interview (screening), followed by a technical react test. My application was rejected on the basis of not getting 100% of tests passing. As mentioned in someone else's review, this is a very limited way to assess candidates - you could easily write incorrect code that makes the tests pass, or write good code that failed them. The readme and tests were poorly written and out of sync, with entities mentioned in the tests that did not come up in the readme. The time limit was also pretty brutal, given it included downloading and packaging up the test folder. The instructions were to create a zip folder and email it to internal recruiters, but when zipped up the folder cannot be attached to Gmail as it is seen as a security threat!
