I cleared all round and waiting for HR round as they said HR will call, it is a week now, no call from HR. Any idea, within how many days HR will call?

Even I got cleared rounds. It's been more than a week. Still waiting for HR response. hR told me that they will release my offer letter last week only. But still no updates. Is it the same thing happens for all.. ?
