Most question on the interview were over basic qualifications for the position. This however just the first interview. The Sales Assessment test is given and must be passed in order to have further interviews.

Ah yes,  ambiguity is the foundation of Vitas culture.  Without clear written policies, confusion reigns. Senior Management may rewrite the "standard" or "best practice". I congratulate you for your perceptive evaluation during the interview process.

Learned of a sales representative position opening in San Antonio Texas. Very qualified for the position. Phone interview went well. Second requirement was a "sales assessment" test, to proceed. You must pass this test in order to move forward in the interview process. I learned I did not pass the test.  What is so unbelievable is that no person can override the results of this test. In addition most applicants do not pass this test. This company is missing out on a lot of great people due to this ambiguous test.
