Overall feedback. I would not suggest this company to any of my friends or colleagues, especially those who have a background in solid product-based companies. Based on my experience with Kyndryl, it seemed that the hiring manager was specifically seeking candidates from service-based companies with client exposure. The entire hiring manager's team should be well-informed to effectively screen resumes. It's important not to disregard candidates solely based on their background in product-based companies. Throughout my interview process, the hiring manager repeatedly emphasized, "You lack client exposure." I recommend that Kyndryl restructures its hiring process, perhaps organizing the initial round as an HM round to better understand candidates' profiles before proceeding to technical rounds. In essence, there is a need to revamp the hiring process. Additionally, the HR team should be adequately trained to provide comprehensive feedback to candidates. In my case, the HR communication was severely lacking, with my calls, messages, and emails being consistently ignored. To sum it up, my overall experience with the entire hiring process was extremely unsatisfactory.
