Mostly specific questions about SSIS / SSRS tables, indexes, data flows (this was the first panel). The second panel was more about communication, why I want to leave my high paying job, etc.

The technical questions were easy. I was very candid about why I want to leave my present position. It is a very large bank that has had sever ethics violations and I don't feel like spending most of my waking hours supporting it. They seemed impressed, but I guess they really weren't.
