I had a one hour interview with a potential manager. A person on a graduate scheme sat in on the interview as well. Before the interview I was asked to complete a powerpoint task. In the interview I presented what I had made and proceeded to answer a number of questions.

Applied online and a week later was invited for a 45 minute video interview. Was given a powerpoint task an hour before the interview and then presented it during the interview.
