Horrible experience. Have never ever seen such extremely arrogant and unprofessional interviewer. Treats candidates like beggers. One useless guy took the interview. Doesn't even know basic manners. He was totally frustrated and was not even ready to listen to "tell me about yourself. Mphasis pls give some soft skill trainings to ppl who has no exposure to outer world.

There were total - 3 rounds of interview. 2 technical 1 managerial Followed by HR. The whole process took 2days and I was offered a position in the organization. Very nice experience.
