Well, the interview process of Mphasis took place at B.P. Poddar which was the venue for interview. After clearing AMCAT scheduled by the company at our college(Narula Institute of Technology) I had to go at B.P. Poddar for the pool campus drive. At first, there was a versant test(Voice assessment test). In it, there was a computerized voice that was asking questions and I had to answer them in the same accent. The accent changed for difference questions. The main thing was to understand the words and answer the questions in the same manner in same accent. Almost 80 percent students could not qualify in this round due to the noise in the surroundings which caused a lot of problem for the voice to be heard over the phone. Luckily I cleared this round with good marks. After this round, I had to wait for almost 3 hours for the technical round. In the technical round, I was a bit nervous as it was the first time I was facing the interview. However, the interviewer was quite friendly and what he mainly noticed and observed was the communication skill and the etiquette and how well I could handle any type of question thrown to me. He asked mainly from subjects in my CV. I was asked about my writing skills as I had mentioned that I was a certified writer and editor. He even asked me on C as well as wireless communication as both were mentioned in my CV. My interview took hardly 15 to 20 minutes while for others it was not less than 40 minutes. After the interview I waited for sometime. but within 10 minutes I was called and congratulated for clearing the interview and I was selected.

It was Collage Placements So 3 parts were there 1. Assessment ( general + technical) 2. Technical Interview ( DSA + CS concepts) 3. Hr Interview ( General discussion and projects)
