One must fill out the application and indicate the area of your expertise and the area you are most interested and comfortable teaching; this includes grade level as well. If you are selected for an interview you are then called in for a group interview and then a one on one interview. After daliberation you will be called back to fill out more paper work for back ground check and drug screening.
