As a first stage I had 30 min call with an agency. Followed by 30min Teams meeting with Senior TA Partner who committed to feedback within 10 days. Both agency & internal recruiter did not acknowledge any of two e-mails I sent. I've been waiting for 3 weeks so I assume they decided to ghost me rather than send an e-mail " you were unsuccessful".
