Courtesy interview. No intention on hiring qualified candidates. Just hire someone who they can control. Zero success in athletic department. Clearly an issue at the top in hiring. College athletics isn’t a complicated hiring process, but they make it about minimal qualifications and turn away more qualified. Anything to save a few dollars and hurt the student-athlete experience.
