Had a technical interview in person. Interview clearly wasn't ready and spent a good 30 minutes waiting for the problem to be set up. In the end, was asked to solve an incredibly easy SQL question on the whiteboard, and that was pretty much it. I was told I was going to be given a take home challenge before the on-site that very same week. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. I reached out and was given some excuses and promises that the take home challenge was about to be sent over. It never was. I was finally sent an email saying they were no longer interested. I have never in my life been a part of, or heard anyone be a part of, a more unprofessional and disrespectful interview process.
