My point is I was interviewed by a guy who could hardly answer my questions. Twice he reminded me he had only been w smashburger for 10 weeks. If guy is doing peer interviews, he should know a little more about the company. WAS NOT IMPRESSED W COMPANY. Did not return their calls or emails to get together for a third interview.
