It was a group interview process. The managers went through a PowerPoint about Myer and looked for you to naturally give input. They did also however go around the whole group asking about our retail experience and had to put our top 3 preference departments to work in,

Following the online application, you are then called for a group interview. Group interview was essentially a very casual group discussion of around 10-15 people. It consisted of you introducing yourself, what you know about Myer, and then talk about your retail experience. Very casual!
